OLGCC Parish Registration Form  NOTE: All  Religious Education program participants must be registered in the Parish before registering for the Religious Education Program.

• Tuition Fee: $100.00 1st child, $180.00 for two and $230.00 for 3 or more. Registration forms are available online, at all church doors or the parish office.
• Drop completed registration form in the Collection Basket in an envelope marked CCD
• Take or Mail to the Parish Office – 137 West Upper Ferry Road, West Trenton, NJ  08628
• Registrations and re-registrations are due by August 31st. Please be timely.
• After August 31st please add $25.00 late fee.

CLASSES BEGIN SEPTEMBER 28 for all REGISTERED STUDENTS  ~ GRADES 1-7 6:00PM – 7:15PM
